THE PURPOSE OF THE SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS IS TO PROMOTE AND REWARD THE VALUES OF ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT AND SERVICE TO THE CHAPTER, THE UNIVERSITY, AND THE BROADER COMMUNITY, AND TO SERVE AS A BEACON TO ATTRACT TO THE FRATERNITY YOUNG MEN WHO SHARE THESE VALUES.
