In Hawaii we continue to manage lands and pursue approvals for an affordable farming community. All filings for phase one of this project were filed with Hawaii County in the last quarter of 2023. As we wait for approvals, we continue to expand agroforestry plantings on these lands. In Marble, Colorado, we finalized plans for a farm campus, and approved the purchase of a Freight Farm (a state of the art hydroponic farm, housed in a shipping container). We will work with the local Charter School to create ag programming, and serve as a local food source to the community, which is currently considered a food desert.
