Meals are provided in a congregate setting to older adults 60 years of age or older, or a spouse of a widow, who meets the age requirements, at a suggested donation. In addition, the Organization provides home delivered lunches to older adults that are assessed as homebound and unable to prepare meals for themselves. The same criteria are followed on the age requirements as is for congregate meals. Transportation program provides transportation to older adults living in the service area. The age requirement is age 60 or older. There is a suggested donation for this service. Weekly transportation is scheduled for doctor appointments, shopping, banking, beauty/barber shop, or any other appointments that an older adult may have.Homemaker services are provided to at-risk older adults, assisting them with meal preparation, shopping, money management, using the telephone, and other light household chores.The Senior Employment program is designed to provide employment to older adults in areas that provide services to older adults.Finally, the organization receives funds to strengthen, restore, maintain or improve the participant's ability to be self-supportive and independent.In order to provide these older adult services, the City of Deming allows the Organization to use facilities that are owned by the City. The City also provides the utilities, maintenance and insurance. These are considered in-kind contributions, the value of which for the year ended 6-30-2024 was $281,621.

Foster Grandparents serve in elementary schools and child care centers; serve 20 hours a week and may receive an hourly stipend.Senior Companion program provides assistance to older adults with physical, emotional, or mental health limitations, most of who are elderly. Senior Companions serve 20 hours a week and may receive an hourly stipend.RSVP Volunteers are the heart of the community. The RSVP program serves many different types of organizations as well as non-profit organizations. Benefits that are offered through the RSVP program are: additional accident, personal liability, assistance with cost of transportation and recognition.
