TO RAISE AND DISTRIBUTE FUNDS TO HELP PAY FOR MATERIALS AND LABOR AS NEEDED TO MAKE REPAIRS TO ESSENTIAL INFRASTRUCTURE USED IN PROVIDING SERVICES TO IMPOVERISHED CHILDREN. TO PERFORM SUCH OTHER ACTS AND CONDUCT SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AS S.A.Y. DETROIT MAY DIRECT OR REQUEST.
