MARATHON'S GOAL IS TO EQUIP AMERICA AND ITS LEADERS WITH STRATEGIES FOR THE HARDEST PROBLEMS OF GREAT POWER COMPETITION, STRATEGIES THAT ARE OF THE UTMOST RIGOR BUT AT THE SAME TIME RELEVANT, REALISTIC, AND VIABLE.
