(2)THE ORGANIZATION DEVELOPED AND IMPLEMENTED A COMMON NETWORK OF NPO HUMAN SERVICE PROVIDERS WHICH USES A COMMON CASE MANAGEMENT ON-LINE PLATFORM FOR CLIENT SERVICES. THIS WILL PROVIDE:INCREASED REFERRALS FOR CLIENTS BETWEEN NPOS, A UNIVERSAL (ONE TIME AND DONE) INTAKE PROCESS, AND A CLIENT NAVIGATED ASSESSMENT TOOL FOR TRACKING PROGRESS FROM CRISIS TO SELF-SUFFICIENCY. (3) THE ORGANIZATION HAS BECOME TEH RECOGNIZED "GO-TO" "ONE-STOP-SHOP" FOR SOCIAL AND HUMAN SERVICES WHEN A DISASTER OCCURS; WE HAVE BECOME THE FORMAL PARTNERING AGENCY FOR CIVIL AUTHORITIES TO WORK THROUGH IN POST DISASTER RECOVERY, WITH INSTANT ACCESS TO NPO SERVICES THROUGH THE PLATFORM BY MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTY RECOVERY EFFORTS.
