The Mission of Metabolic Terrain Institute of Health is to implement the metabolic approach to cancer by treating the root cause and symptoms of each persons unique cancer process. MATC and TAP Education Programs: 1. (66) practitioners have either completed or are in training. Volunteer board members supported the operations, sales, and marketing for more cohorts Metabolic Approach to Cancer MATC practitioner training in 2023. 2. (108) participating in the Terrain Advocate program. Volunteers and volunteer board members supported the administration, operations, sales and marketing for the launch of the Terrain Advocate training program. 3. We received $33,001 in education donations that MTIH used to provide grantees in discounts and grants totaling $103,194 towards the practitioner's training program. Of the $103,194, we gave (19) practitioners grants for a total amount of $105,153 and (32) advocates at a total amount of $59,499. 4. MTIH received $26,505 in patient donations for patient care and awarded (7) patient grants total $1,000 each (total of $7,000).

Optimal Terrain Consulting Statement: MTIH has an existing licensing agreement with Optimal Terrain Consulting, a private health consulting company operated by Nasha Winters, ND, FABNO by which MTIH pays Optimal Terrain Consulting a fee for the use of medical educational materials developed by Dr. Winters during thirty years of naturopathic oncology practice treating and consulting with thousands of patients. This licensing agreement provides payment to Dr. Winters for medical educational course materials that are the majority of educational units for the Metabolic Approach to Cancer MATC Practitioner Training Course. The existence and contents of the licensing agreement between MTIH and Optimal Terrain Consulting are is closed to members of the board of MTIH, a copy of the licensing agreement has been provided to members of the board of MTIH, and the members of the board of MTIH have approved the execution of the licensing agreement in light of the fact that the entire MATC Course has been developed and built by Dr. Winters and would not exist without her decades of medical knowledge and practice. Members of the board of directors will periodically review and analyze the licensing agreement to determine whether the terms and content are fair and reasonable and beneficial to MTIH.
