All weekly activity is a director-led all volunteer staff and workforce, overseen by the Board of Directors. 95% of time at the Pantry involves preparing for weekly distribution days. We spend the week, accepting, picking up, and delivering donations, sorting donations, stocking shelves, doing a weekly inventory and ordering supplies, cleaning and sanitizing facility and arranging for the weekly volunteers. 5% of time is spent at the Pantry conducting the weekly distribution to the low income families. Funds are donations from local businesses, public and private donations and grants.
