Rise Up Woman International completed a three-year leadership development program in partnership with ALARM-Rwanda, culminating in the graduation of 100 women in August 2025. The program included leadership development conferences designed to encourage, equip, and empower local church and community leaders. Additional program activities included providing business and budgeting training for women in Kigali, supporting a girls secondary school through supplemental school fees to help keep education affordable, and assisting students who lost personal belongings in a dormitory fire. Rise Up Woman also provided funds to help replenish essential personal items and support the rebuilding of the dormitory destroyed by the fire.
