Shared policy background and engagement opportunities to more than 30,000 local neighbors to encourage participation in housing policy work, and generated nearly 8,000 individual engagements via social media outreach. Shared results from local polling work to understand the local housing crisis and widespread support for zoning reform. Researched and designed infographics summarizing history of housing discrimination in Oregon, the importance of neighborhood housing diversity to address discrimination against non-white and low-income community members, and examples of existing neighborhood housing diversity.

Convened design leaders to support and advise the adopted, pre-approved ADU plan and permitting path, a City-based program that offers significant monetary and time savings to individuals planning to build an ADU.
