INSTITUTE FOR BLACK SOLIDARITY WITH ISRAEL, founded in 2020, is a small nonprofit in the Education sector that reported $295K in total revenue in fiscal year 2024.

Mission

Institute for Black Solidarity with Israel (IBSI) educates Africans and Black Americans on the history and importance of the Israel- Africa and Black-Jewish relationships. In September 2022, we launched a 9 month program called Plan for Education, Advocacy & Community Engagement (PEACE) which is designed to teach young, influential Africans and Black Americans about the crucial Israel- Africa/Black-Jewish relationship. Our staff vetted 13 people from across the US to participate in this program. These 13 Ambassadors committed to monthly educational seminars, learning about the historic relationship between Africa and Israel, and Blacks and Jews. As part of the program, our Ambassadors participate in two international tours, South Africa in December 2022, and Israel in June 2023. In 2024, our Ambassadors assisted in implementing our IBSI Pastors Live Forum - a workshop style meeting in various cities to equip pastors with factual information about Israel-Africa/Black-Jewish relationship
