UPT acquired grant funding from the Greenville County Historic and Natural Resources Trust and the South Carolina Conservation Bank n the amount of 1,205,000 for the purchase of Oakland Plantation 52.06 acres in Simpsonville SC. Ownership of the land and buildings was then immediately same day transferred to the County of Greenville.
