Transfer pending a double wide mobile home 30 ft x 80 ft was donated and in furtherance of our charitable purposes we did emergency repairs to the floor replacing 500 sq ft the walls 60 sheets of sheetrock replaced plumbing fixtures and insulation in both bathrooms. We repaired the roof water damage was result of a storm while in foreclosure the mobile home must be moved to a new location at which time the upgrades will be completed at which time the unit will be sold to an employed distressed homeless family. No revenue has been received to date on the above described project. The materials and labor used to date were donated by directors and the project is on going will be demonstrated on the 2021 return.
