TRUE also expanded workforce development pathways with a focus on clean energy and electric vehicle education, while continuing to center youth leadership, mentorship, and civic engagement through TOGETHER programming. Throughout the year, TRUE uplifted community wellness through arts, culture, and family centered initiatives, using creative expression and honest dialogue as tools for healing and connection. Women and families were supported through leadership development and mental health focused spaces, while storytelling platforms amplified lived experiences and community voices. Internally, TRUE strengthened governance, compliance, and operational systems to ensure long term sustainability, positioning the organization for continued growth and deeper impact in the years ahead.
