Street Outreach: provide services directly or by collaborating with other agencies. Our street outreach programs work closely with other organizations to protect and treat teens, young adults, and senior citizens who have been or are at risk of physical, emotional, sexual abuse or exploitation. We identify and engage people living in unsheltered locations, such as in cars, parks, abandoned buildings, encampments, and on the streets. Our street outreach program reaches people who might not otherwise seek assistance or come to the attention of the homelessness service system and ensures that people's basic needs are met while supporting them along pathways toward housing stability.
