In 2024, EPICENTER Foundation significantly expanded its programs, reaching more individuals and strengthening community partnerships. Key accomplishments included broadening the reach of our workshops to provide vital education to prospective homeowners; connecting attendees with industry experts for guidance on selecting the right lenders, real estate professionals, and other essential resources through our Homeownership Fair; and launching tailored mentorship and business development training for emerging entrepreneurs. We also deepened collaborations with local lenders, real estate professionals, and financial institutions to increase the availability of critical resources and support for low- to moderate-income (LMI) families.
