HELPING MEMBERS DEVELOPE A PROACTIVE SAFETY CULTURE DERVES A GREAT BENEFIT TO THE EMPLOYEES OF OUR MEMBER COMPANIES, AND THE MEMBERS THEMSELVES. DUE TO THE NATURE OF THE INDUSTRY, SIZE OF MEMBER COMAPANIES, HISTORICAL RESISTANCE TO ADOPTING SAFETY IN THE CONSRTUCTION INDUSTRY, ETC. TBG SAFETY SERVICES WILL PLAY A VITAL ROLE IN EDUCATING THE MEMBERS TO SEE BOTH THE FINANCIAL AND HUMANITATIAN BENEFITS TO FOCUSING TIME, ENERGY, AND RESOURCES TOWARD IMPROVING SAFTEY. TO HELP MEMBERS ACCOMPLISH THE GOAL OF IMPROVED , TBG SAFETY SERVICES FALL EXPOSURE, LADDER SAFETY, HEALTH HAZARDS AND MATERIAL HANDLING, EXCAVATION SAFETY, AND MN OSHA ASSISTANCE.
