Rightfully Sewn, Inc. employs approximately 30 individuals who produce garments and other sewn goods. By offering design, sampling, contract, and small-batch production services, RSI creates competitive job opportunities that meet the needs of our customers. Through partnerships and referrals from nonprofit community agencies, RSI delivers professional training, curriculum, and job placement services to individuals from marginalized communities, including refugees and immigrants. This year alone, dozens of individuals were impacted through vocational training, programming, and community engagement. RSI proudly maintains a high ratio of employees who come from marginalized backgrounds or have immigrant/refugee status. This ratio is also reflected in the leadership structure.
