National Executive Leadership Academy - The National Executive Leadership Academy, which welcomed its first cohort in 2023, is a program of TALIs, in cooperation with Carnegie Mellon University, that provides world-class executive education to a national audience. This program also, is designed to help advance the careers of Black executive leaders and their allies. Through the National Executive Leadership Academy, TALI is creating ladders of opportunity for participants as they seek to make a positive impact in their chosen fields. The Academy delivered this executive development program to a cohort of 16 experienced executives covering objectives and expectations, expanding personal influence and sponsors, creating operational impact, thriving in the organization, strategic leadership, leading high performing teams and building on success.

Emerging Leaders Program - The Program focuses on influencing the development of early career managers and individual contributors to grow the pipeline of high potential Black leaders and their allies. The Program completed curriculum development and recruited an initial cohort of 24 emerging leaders for the 2022 calendar year. The curriculum features training modules focusing on developing personal objectives and expectations, building equity in a career, navigating organizational culture, negotiation strategies and problem solving, finance fundamentals and leveraging business intelligence and exemplifying and driving performance.
