Elica Support Corp leases the clinic at 4815 Watt to Elica Health Centers. Elica Health Centers, as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), focuses on providing comprehensive healthcare services to underserved and vulnerable populations, regardless of their ability to pay.Elica offers patients at our North Highlands Health Center Primary Medical Care (e.g., wellness exams; chronic disease management; vaccinations); Behavioral/Mental Healthcare (including, but not limited to: psychiatry, medication assisted treatment for patients with substance use disorder, depression screening/counseling, etc.); On-Site Pharmaceutical Services (in partnership with Innova Pharmacy). Comprehensive Dental and Oral Care, for example: comprehensive exams; composite fillings; x-rays; sealants; cleanings/deep cleanings; extractions; root canals; crowns; dentures (full and partial); fluoride treatment; routine exams including oral cancer screenings. Sacramento Countys North Highlands area is diverse, with 53% of the more than 75,082 residents identifying as Non-White, including 30% Hispanic/Latino, 8% African-American, and 9% Asian-American. The target population for Elicas North Highlands Health Center are low-income people living at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines who comprise over 55% of the area residents.
