Movement Generation continued the Creative Wildfire project in collaboration with our partners, numerous visual artists and musicians, holding cultural strategy retreats and integrating art, writing and music into our programming and communications while also supporting the research and publication of various ecological justice articles. MG held virtual and in person political education webinars and trainings with organizations nationally and also with young people and educators in East Oakland. Finally, MG continued to steward the land site of our future retreat center, completing critical repairs to existing structures on the land, launching construction projects as well as fire mitigation and land management work.
