The Journey offers group coaching, workshops, financial literacy training, and spiritual wellness opportunities. Our programming includes a monthly 21-day coaching program for womens enpowerment nationwide. We also provide in-person events throughout the year for women to network and celebrate wellness. We provide monthly workshops on various topics, including breast health, cooking classes, self-care seminars, emotional wellness sessions and more. Created a structure to provide weekly virtual fitness classes. Created a monthly digital magazine with practical tools and tips on wellness Created a group coaching program that enabled women to receive resources in various areas: financial, spiritual, emotional & physical wellness. Hosted our first 5K for womens wellness Hosted an anniversary brunch, bringing women together for spiritual and emotional wellness.
