Historical Society - The Jerome Historical Society plays a fundamental roll in Jeromes history. Formed in 1953, the Societys mission is to collect, protect, preserve and present the unique physical, cultural and mining history of Jerome. Our museum, which was also formed in 1953, had an attendance of 20,984 visitors in 2025 compared to 19,168 in 2024. In 2025 we were able, with the help of a grant, to hire a company for the installation of an air conditioning system in our museum for the first time since the museum opened in 1953.
