The services are delivered via Case Management process, during the period of July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024 NCHP served 658 participants (516 adults and 142 children) and imparted temporary financial assistance, totaling $1,254,278 for rents, security deposits, utilities, utility deposits, moving expenses, emergency housing assistance, emergency food assistance, general housing stability assistance, auto repairs to retain employment, landlord incentives, tenant incentives and legal assistance.

NCHP's the Best is Yet to Come (BYTC) program provides community awareness and support to Veterans at risk of suicide. Between the period of July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024, BYTC staff screened 65 individuals in the community with 50 eligible individuals enrolled in program services. Staff also conducted 8,547 face-to-face outreach contacts and 11,397 media impressions in efforts to increase community awareness. In addition, BYTC provided 15 community trainings in Veteran suicide prevention awareness training a total of 275 community individuals.
