During the fiscal year, the Phoenix Women's Chorus performed at concerts in and around the Phoenix metropolitan area. In May 2025, we performed a concert entitled "One Love" that explored the topics of selflove and acceptance. Our piece "Womankind", commissioned from a local composer, celebrated the inherent strength and resilience of women. In March 2025, we performed with the Phoenix Girls Chorus and other local choruses in a concert that celebrated Women's History Month. In November 2024, we performed a concert entitled "Voices of Peace, Justice, and Hope". And on a day-to-day level, our weekly rehearsals are our simplest and yet most important events. While we spend them focusing on building our musical skills and knowledge, they also provide a consistent and reliable space where our members can come together in a loving and supportive community.
