Capacity-Building Program for Reintegration and Social Protection-Phase Two - The overall objective is to establish a reintegration program for returnees with specific needs who have returned to Afghanistan from abroad. This year PARSA completed renovation of the Trade Afghan Economic Center in Kabul and opened the facility, which holds a large training hall, commercial kitchen, gift shop, computer lab, and other facilities. The Brothers 4 Brothers International component was offered to male returnees, which includes a pyschosocial component.
