Membership - CWA addresses the needs and interest of the climbing wall industry and climbing wall operators. CWA supports the development of the climbing wall industry, promotes the sport of climbing, and is an advocate for the interests of its members. Certification - CWA sponsors a program that establishes a uniform set of consensus performance standards and a voluntary certification credential for climbing wall instructors. It is a voluntary process of training and evaluation that credits an individual with conforming to a prescribed set of standards that existed at the time of the evaluation or examination.
