Mission

Our mission is to find employment for justice-involved individuals through prison outreach, employer education & business development services. We partner with the Oregon department of corrections and justice-oriented organizations. We bring community employers, unions, and resource providers into prisons for career fairs, expanding access to employment opportunities. Additionally, we focus on business development across the state and secured 125 new fair chance employers to create second-chance opportunities each month for the population we serve, contributing to the workforce and boosting our state's economy.

In our second year as a non-profit, we successfully expanded our operations to conduct quarterly workshops in 12 state prisons, reaching over 3,000 inmates through prison outreach. We assisted 200+ returning citizens in securing post-release employment and connecting with statewide resource partners. Additionally, we hosted career fairs in eight state prisons and conducted 40 quarterly workshops in collaboration with the Oregon department of corrections. To support our continued growth, we have further expanded our staffing capacity to enhance service delivery.
