Free Fair PA created the tracking databases and provided regular updates to a coalition regarding the current state of each amendment and recent legislative action on each. Additionally, Free Fair PA led a public opinion research project on these potential amendments, and developed a program to communicate about these potential initiatives should they become actual constitutional amendment ballot initiatives (none of which have to date).
