Empower Motivation Fitnesss progress against its stated goals has been a journey of frustrating delays concurrent with remarkable achievements in the fulfillment of a vision--all experienced by, and accomplished by, a single spare-time Chief Executive Officer working with a volunteer board of six.Since January 2022 we have, as planned (though not necessarily as scheduled): established goals for web site development, performance management, and fundraising training; completed our starting point website developed an orientation presentation outreached to market base through community health fair, associated arts groups, and healthcare facilities and physicians searched for, found, and moved to expanded space in new location developed, distributed, and collected our first participant satisfaction survey and Added 10 active participants to rolls despite Covid restrictions.We have also, by seizing opportunities in line with our vision: developed and added, starting February 2023 Rockin Steady n Rollin Easy music therapy to Rock Steady Boxing program offerings; developed and readied for announcement of first class Give n Take It Easy and Caregiver Support and Compassionate Listening programs; expanded Board of Directors and opened possibility of retirement community branches or special offerings in central location."
