Sanctuary: Rosie's operates a sanctuary that rescues and rehabilitates farm animals. For 2025, Rosie's housed 49 total animals: 20 chickens, 5 sheep, 2 cows, 10 pigs, 3 horses, 6 goats, and 3 turkeys. We rescued 1 pig (fostered him and found him a home), 7 chickens, 1 sheep, and 1 horse. We also helped 12 animals find homes. We built three compost systems for all of our organic matter, which saved hundreds of bags that were previously taken to the dump. We use the compost around the property to enrich the soil. Rosie's is a working farm and grew pumpkins in 2025.
