The JLeaders Academy is a 6-month, cohort-based leadership program for young Jewish adults interested in developing their personal and professional leadership abilities. Last year's academy had 22 fellows.
After our fellows graduate, they become part of the Alumni program. This program allows them to network and develop community projects/events that further develop their leadership capabilities.
JMentors is a mentorship program that matches young Jewish adults with appropriate community leaders for one-on-one work. JLeaders provides the matching and training for both mentors and mentees.
