Entrepreneurship In 2024, the RTL Foundation identified multiple nonprofits for the inaugrual cohort of its BIPOC Nonprofit Development Center (BNDC). The board then led a selction process to narrow this list, ultimately choosing 24 nonprofit organizations to join the BNDC. For this first cohort, we delivered a series of trainings, workshops, networking events, and seminars throughout the year, conducted by organizations that the RTL Foundation either procured or partnered with to support our participants.
