Community Health Education & Outreach: CAHE delivered workshops on cancer awareness, communicable disease, vaccination, pediatric dental health, and chronic disease self-management, reaching hundreds of community members with culturally appropriate education and resources. 2. Emergency Preparedness & Climate Adaptation: The center led training sessions on disaster readiness, environmental health risks, and climate adaptation, helping families and seniors build resilience to emergencies. 3. Navigation & Workforce Development: CAHE provide senior health referrals and service navigation, while investing in staff professional development - training community health workers and building capacity to deliver high-quality culturally responsive care.
