Mission

We focus in the area of education with teens ages 13 - 19. We discuss topics that the teens face daily. We use curriculum that is fact based, such as "Aspire". We meet bi-weekly with an average of 7 - 12 teens attending each meeting. We provide a warm meal at each meeting and have monthly celebrations for birthdays and holidays. The teens also participate in our service/mission project each month at a local soup kitchen in our neighboring city, Pensacola, FL at Loaves and Fishes Homeless Shelter. This shelter is for families that must have children. This year we began sponsoring the youth in Otampa, a village in Abia State, Nigeria. We sent funds to provide Christmas gifts to 50 youth in the village.

The Teen Life Center, located in a rural town, Milton, FL, has met bi-weekly, and the directors have been pleased with the outcome. Although we would love to have more teens, we feel that God has equipped us with a group of 7 - 12 teens that come faithfully to all the meetings and they have started trusting us, opening up to us with personal issues and situations that they are dealing with, and using dialogue to aide them with many of the topics that they face daily. The teens are currently studying and discussing the curriculum, "Aspire" dealing with Abstinence. The teens volunteer every 4th and 5th Mondays each month in a local soup kitchen in Pensacola. The teens assist Pastor Ron to prep breakfast items and serve dinner meals to the families living in the homeless shelter. We also get to conversate with the families and making lasting connections.
