This Level 3 Recovery Housing plays a crucial role in supporting sustained recovery by combining structured support, community engagement, and access to essential services. 84% of our participants indicated that they were prepared to continue their recovery post-discharge from Emerge.

Outpatient Services: Emerge equips adults with mental health and substance use disorders with individual holistic care, faith-based, blended, or traditional 12-step recovery options, connections to educational and vocational skills, and linkage to employment opportunities. In 2024, our qualified team provided 6527 service interactions, including assessments, case management, counseling and peer support services to 406 low-income individuals.
