Services included medical evaluation, laboratory monitoring, medication management, dietary counseling and behavioral counseling.The program emphasized:Evidence-based medical obesity treatment Prevention of diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Improvement in functional health and quality of life. Community Impact During 2025, the clinic: Served over 1,700 active patients. Provided thousands of clinical encounters. Delivered care coordination services for high-risk individuals. Maintained extended appointment times to improve care quality. Continued development of operational systems to support sustainable nonprofit growth. Moved into a larger space with plans to further expand in 2026.
