HACK.DIVERSITY ALSO CONDUCTS RACIAL EQUITY, DIVERSITY, AND INCLUSION (REDI) TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS FOR PARTNER COMPANIES, TO HELP FOSTER CULTURES OF BELONGING AND TO ELIMINATE PRACTICES THAT CREATE ARBITRARY BARRIERS FOR UNDERREPRESENTED TALENT. THE REDI PROGRAMMING IS PRIMARILY FUNDED THROUGH COMPANY PARTNERSHIP REVENUES AS WELL AS GRANTS.
