Each trip lasting roughly 3 hours of on-water time supporting 3-4 personnel. Developed mapped and constructed over 4.5 miles of coastal nature trails on public lands around our facility. Managed all gear and boat maintenance internally alongside creating a program workshop. Presented at 85 community events to promote mental health awareness. Organized weekly community dinners serving over 1000 individuals annually. Offered temporary housing for participants totaling approximately 730 room stays.
