AQUME Foundations General Operations supports our general operating commitments.Operate in Excellence leadership cultivation,(a program that creates greater comfort for Black leaders operating at C-Suite levels to improve intrapersonal skills, and executive compentencies to professionally shift organizations from under-resourced operations into robust, thriving organizations with increased access to sustainable financial resources), our annual events: 5K Health is Wealth community event, Game Night and Community Free Skate for families to experience joy and build meaningful connections. Our Fiduciary program provides both Project-Specific and Comprehensive fiscal sponsorships that build the capacity of Black leaders leading charitable projects that strive for ecomonic and racial justice and meaningful community transformation. Project-Specific administrative support services are limited to services necessary for receiving and overseeing project sepecific funds, and

AQUME Foundations OUR JUSTICE grant fund leads with innovation and invests in our Black-led organizational missions and community projects that benefit Black people. OUR JUSTICE grant fund awarded ten $2,500 grants to eligible organizations during our 2024 funding cycle. Our community sponsorship of $2,500 distributed to five organizations with each organization receiving $500 directly supports Black leaders and grassroots projects commited to uplifting Black communities. These funds help strengthen local initiatives, foster leadership development, and provide vital resources that address community needs, celebrate Black culture, and advance equity-driven solutions. Our Gold Scholar program is based on our community trust-based philanthropy model, our merit-based program awards two Black students with $1,000 each to support non-traditional college expenses within the first year of college.
