WE ARE ASSISTING IN STRENGTHENING THE NGO TO BE STRONGER AS AN ORGANIZATION WITH OUR GUIDANCE AND FUNDING. WE WORK WITH THEM IN SETTING PRIORITIES AS AN ORGANIZATION AS TO THE BEST WAYS TO SERVE THE SAFE HOUSE. THE SAFE HOUSE PROTECTS AND HOUSES YOUNG GIRLS WHO HAVE BEEN SEXUALLY AND/OR PHYSICALLY VIOLATED. THEY OFFER MEDICAL CARE, EDUCATIONAL CARE AND THERAPY UNTIL THESE GIRLS ARE ABLE TO GO OUT ON THEIR OWN. WE WORK CLOSELY WITH THE ORGANIZATIONAL FOUNDER AND OTHER LEADERS TO TEACH ALL THE STAFF ABOUT DEVELOPING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES THAT MAKE THE ORGANIZATION STRONGER AND THUS BETTER ABLE TO SERVE THE GIRLS FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.
