The Learning Center provides daily 2-hour sessions with small class sizes to approximately 80 grade school children. Along with helping with homework, the teachers evaluate the children's needs in reading, writing, and mathematics and work to make sure they meet competency levels at the end of each years. In addition the children are offered enrichment activities (poets, music, art) that are not offered in the public school system
