WE USE LESS THAN 1 OF OUR DONATIONS ON OVERHEAD. WHEN DONATIONS EXCEED RESCUE OPERATIONS, WE IDENTIFY PIVOTAL PARTNERS AND ENABLE THEIR OPERATIONS THROUGH FINANCIAL SUPPORT.
