Participants spent a combined 888 hours in Career Discovery programming, with an industry executive present for every hour. The Kitchen Incubator program's participating chefs spent over 400 (now over 1,000 total) hours in kitchen and business planning sessions and have earned over $100,000 in revenue through program income opportunities.
