1Hundred Years Enterprise 1HYE provided mentoring and community outreach to youth aged 16-25 in Contra Costa County. Each year, we serve 180 youth at Greenwood Academy in Richmond, providing conflict-resolution services and support for youth with antisocial behavior. Inside Martinez Juvenile Hall, 1HYE conducts four programs: life skills, self-esteem building, Criminal Gang Members Anonymous, and Introduction to the Building Trades MC3. During the 20242025 program year, 1HYE served 218 youth and achieved a 33% recidivism rate, nearly half the state and national averages, demonstrating measurable impact on community safety. We do workforce development, helping youth enter the building trades and steering them away from making early-death decisions.
