THE FINAL PHASE WILL KICK OFF IN 2025 AND INVOLVES A GRANT-MAKING PROCESS FOR LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS AND INITIATIVES THAT ADDRESS THE IDENTIFIED NEEDS ENSURING THAT RESOURCES ARE DIRECTED TOWARDS IMPACTFUL PROJECTS THAT BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY..GOALS AND IMPACT:1) ADDRESSING SERVICE GAPS: BY IDENTIFYING AND ADDRESSING GAPS IN SERVICES, THE INITIATIVE AIMS TO IMPROVE THE OVERALL WELL-BEING OF TAYLOR RESIDENTS.2) ENHANCING QUALITY OF LIFE: THE INITIATIVE FOCUSES ON CREATING A BETTER LIVING ENVIRONMENT THROUGH TARGETED INTERVENTIONS AND SUPPORT.
