I See You Box Program: It is said it takes 5-7 positive reinforcements to undo a single negative one. This is why each of our hand-picked and packed I See You Boxes contains multiple mementos of self-care. On top of the box is a handwritten note from a volunteer emphasizing you are seen, worthy, loved, and deserve a new beginning. Inside, you will find self-care tools and personal items that may have been left behind when leaving but are also to encourage the survivor to see how self-care activities can promote healing. The I See You box provides Emotional Support, Positive Reinforcement, a Self-Care Focus, and serves as a Symbol of Hope.

Santas Shack: During the holiday season, gift-giving can be a luxury for those affected by domestic violence. Parents often sacrifice their needs to make the holiday special for their children. Thats why we created Santas Shack in shelters, allowing children to choose gifts for their parents, who also deserve to feel cherished. It costs them nothing but gives much. Volunteers partner with family units and guide children as they search for the ideal gift, providing their mothers with precious free timea luxury they may not have enjoyed in a while. For women without children, we provide a wishlist, and volunteers can select gifts for these women. Annually, we collaborate with domestic violence shelters in North Texas to establish a special Santas Shack within the shelter. Dedicated volunteers assist children in choosing gifts that are beautifully wrapped and ready for their holidays.

Womens Day Brunch: Empowering women through the power of being seen and heard - and good times shared. We offer women in shelters a unique opportunity to come together for a special Womens Day Brunch. Its a heartfelt celebration of their resilience in overcoming abuse and a powerful reminder that they are seen, cherished, and appreciated. This event provides a valuable platform for them to connect with others who have shared similar experiences, share their stories, and receive support from a caring community. Each attendee is also gifted with flowers and a small token of appreciation, a gesture many may not have experienced in a long time, if at all.
