BLUE CIRCLE HEALTH IS A 501(C)(3) NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT PROVIDES FREE VIRTUAL CLINICAL CARE, EDUCATION, AND SUPPORT FOR ADULTS WITH TYPE 1 DIABETES. BEYOND DIRECT CARE, BLUE CIRCLE HEALTH PARTNERS WITH CLINICIANS TO LEARN, DEMONSTRATE, AND SHARE SCALABLE MODELS THAT CLOSE CARE GAPS, PROVING THAT MORE EQUITABLE, EFFECTIVE T1D CARE IS POSSIBLE NATIONWIDE.
