The Wonder Girls After School Program provided services to over 300 girls in 6 high schools and 4 middle schools in Bergen County, NJ and Rockland County, NY. These services included workshops to build confidence, teach business skills, college prep, and community service. The program provides schools the option for a full year (10 months) program or a half year (6 month program). Both programs include 1 workshop and 1 community service day each month. Out of the 6 high schools, 5 of them chose the full year (10 months) program and all 4 of the middle schools chose the full year program. 7 scholarships were awarded to seniors graduating from the program totaling $10,500.

The Wonder Girls Wellness Campaign is a program that takes place throughout September and October and focuses on both physical and mental health. The campaign ends with a Wellness Day event that includes workshops and sessions focused on self-care, counseling, fitness, nutrition, sleep, female teen health, goal setting, mindset, and sports careers. Over 250 people including students from our after school program attend the event and take part in the wellness campaign.

The annual Wonder Girls Career Expo is an in-person event that provides an opportunity for students to explore a variety of career opportunities and learn what it takes, including the required academic route, to pursue a career in a variety of industries. The program includes a keynote speaker to motivate and encourage students to aim high and pursue their aspirations, followed by a series of workshops on how to in The Power of Networking, Dress for Success, and Professional Etiquette. Following this, students engage in an interactive networking experience known as FAST TRACK, where they have the opportunity to connect with more than 30 diverse professionals from various fields. 250 students attended the career expo and featured 30 speakers and mentors from a variety of industries including engineering, finance, education, marketing, healthcare, and government.
