LTB ALSO PROVIDE TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SUD-SERVING ORGANIZATIONS. LTB ALSO HAS A LIAISON AND BRIDGE PROGRAM THAT TRAINS INDIVIDUALS WANTING TO BECOME PEER SUPPORT SPECIALISTS, HELPING TO CERTIFY AND PLACE PEERS. LTB HELPS IMPROVE OUTCOMES WITHIN JUSTICE- AND FIRST RESPONDER DEPARTMENTS FOR THOSE WITH SUD. LTB ALSO HELPS IMPROVE OUTCOMES WITHIN EMERGENCY DEPARTMENTS FOR INDIVIDUALS (WITH RESEARCH HELP FROM USF) WITH SUD. LTB REGULARLY CONVENES BUSINESS, HR, FAITH, AND PHILANTHROPIC LEADERS TO SUPPORT THOSE TRADITIONALLY ON THE FRONTLINE OF THE OPIOID CRISIS. ALL PROGRAMS TARGET THE 8-COUNTY TAMPA BAY AREA.
